Went back to Bishan Park Secondary School before it ceases to exist. Walking down the corridor for the final time really brought back avalanche of memories.
Started here as a super-shy 12-year-old at Bishan Park (then known as “Gangster Park” for its reputation, from smoking to fighting to breaking rules for the sake of it). Going astray was so easy and tempting. The real challenge? Being responsible.
But with great teachers and friends, together we aspired to reach and excel. By pushing our boundaries, connected by shared values, we achieved more than we ever thought possible.
From being a young boy who was bullied to eventually ending off as the Head of Prefectorial Board and Chairman of National Police Cadet Corps.
THANK YOU!!! For lighting the fire in me.
You may not be around, but your values live on in #EkkBaz family.
Running a fast pace startup is challenging but we too are continuously challenging one another daily “to reach and excel toward greater heights”.
Feels like school days once again…building an awesome future together. 😊
